Michael Splett is Global Head of Operation Offshore Wind at EnBW AG.
He is responsible for the operation and all maintenance and repair work on all EnBW offshore wind farms, which have already won the WFO Economic Forum Award “Best German Offshore Wind Farm in Operation” four times.
He has more than 15 years of professional experience in the offshore wind industry.
In addition to his current position at EnBW AG, he also acts as: – CTO of EnBW Erneuerbare Operation & Service GmbH – CTO of EnBW Hohe See Management GmbH – CTO of EnBW Albatross Management GmbH He is also a member of the national drone advisory board of the Federal Ministry for Digital and Transport Affairs.
Michael Splett holds a doctorate in electrical engineering and a degree in industrial engineering.”
