Damien Lhors is the Head of Global Offshore at Vestas. He brings more than 20 years of experience in operations management within the global energy sector. After initial roles in France he started an international career and had held leadership roles across multiple regions, including Norway, the United States, the UAE, Denmark, and Germany.
He joined Vestas in 2023 as Global Head of Supply Chain & Transport, where he led complex, large-scale operations across international markets. In his current role as Head of Global Offshore, Damien is responsible for driving the strategic and operational development of Vestas’ offshore business worldwide. He relocated with his wife, Maud to Hamburg for this role.
In addition, Damien serves as a strategic advisor to Ocean Aero in the energy sector. He holds a degree in materials science engineering.
