Danielle Jarski

Danielle Jarski is the CEO & Managing Director of Platform Europe at Iberdrola Energía Internacional. In this role, she is responsible for the pan-European management of Iberdrola’s international renewables business, including Germany, France, Italy, Greece, and Poland, as well as the company’s offshore activities in Japan and Australia. She oversees the development, construction, operation, and asset management of onshore and offshore windfarms, solar parks, battery storage systems, and other renewable energy technologies across Europe.
Danielle Jarski began her professional career in banking in Germany and the United States before moving into the energy sector in 2007. At E.ON, she held various leadership positions in Gas & Power Sales and Renewable Energy, and from 2014 onwards served as Chief Strategy Officer of the renewables division. Following the E.ON/RWE/innogy transaction, she joined RWE in 2020 and became Chief Development Officer and member of the RWE Offshore Wind Management Board. In this position, she was responsible for the global development of the offshore wind portfolio and played a key role in expanding RWE’s position as one of the world’s leading offshore wind companies.

Since joining Iberdrola in May 2024, Danielle Jarski has been driving the expansion and transformation of the company’s international renewables and networks business. She is
known for her strong focus on growth, operational excellence, digitalization, and advancing the sustainable energy transition. In addition, Danielle Jarski has been actively involved in supporting the development of renewable energy in Europe for many years. She served as a member of the Board of WindEurope and as a board member of the World Forum Offshore Wind (WFO). She is also committed to promoting diversity and supporting female leadership and is a member of the Generation CEO network.
