Jan Van Rossum is General Manager Offshore at DEME, a global leader in offshore energy, marine engineering, dredging, and environmental solutions. Jan oversees offshore operations at DEME and plays a key role in the delivery of complex offshore wind and marine infrastructure projects in Europe and the Americas.

Thanks to his extensive experience in the offshore wind sector, Jan has been involved in the development and execution of large-scale renewable energy projects, supporting the energy transition through innovative installations, logistics, and marine engineering solutions. Working closely with developers, suppliers, and industry stakeholders, he helps to advance offshore wind deployment and enhance project execution efficiency across many international markets.
