Josche Muth

From June 2021 to June 2026 he headed various teams in Regulatory and Public Affairs.
Prior to joining Ørsted, Josche worked for the German International Cooperation Agency, GIZ. First as head of secretariat of the German-Mexican energy partnership based in Mexico, and thereafter seconded as senior energy expert to the Federal ministry for economic affairs and energy (BMWi) in Germany.

From 2007 to 2016, Josche was based in Brussels, starting as head of office and adviser to the European Parliament’s Vice-President and member of the industry and energy committee (ITRE) before becoming the Secretary General of the European renewable energy industries’ umbrella association (EREC).
