Jost Backhaus is Managing Director of Steelwind, a global manufacturer of monopile offshore foundation structures headquartered in Nordenham and a wholly owned subsidiary of Dillinger Hütte.
He joined Steelwind in mid-2023 and took over responsibility for sales, project management, commercial and business development.
He has worked in the renewable energy sector for more than 20 years, including as COO on the board of a major onshore wind turbine manufacturer.
