Jost Backhaus is the general manager of Steelwind, a global manufacturer of monopile offshore foundation structures, headquartered in Nordenham and a 100% subsidiary of the Dillinger Hütte.
He joined Steelwind mid of 2023 and took up the responsibility for sales, project management, commercials and the business development.
He has been in the renewable energy sector for more than 20 years, and worked, among other things, as a COO on the board of a large onshore wind turbine manufacturer.
This year, the 13th Offshore Business Forum will once again be held on the North Sea island of Heligoland. There, in one of the sunniest places in the North Sea, we will meet from 29.08 to 30.08 2024. Be curious!
