• Responsibility for all offshore bottom-fixed foundation projects on global basis and business development in Europe for Dajin as well as organization and sustainability development both in Europe and China
• Creative support for polish and international industrial companies as well as wind energy associations regarding technology and products development for Offshore Wind incl. „Sector Deal” in Poland.
• ST3 Offshore reorganization in order to implement and execute jacket production – first these type foundations for offshore wind manufacturing in Poland for project developed by Orsted.
• Co-arrangement and execution of the Cooperation for Polish Offshore Wind Industry in 2017 consisting of 23 industrial businesses and 7 institutions.
• Creation in 2010 and business development of GSG Towers from the business idea up to European leader in the production of wind towers
