§ 1 Registration

Due to the limited number of participants, we ask that you register early at www.wfo-helgoland.de. There is no guarantee of participation in the event of overbooking. Applications will be considered in the order in which they are received. The deadline for registration is August 26, 2026. If you register late, we may not be able to guarantee your admission to the event.

§ 2 Services

The registration fee is per person per event, plus statutory sales tax. It includes conference materials, two lunches, a festive dinner, all refreshments and snacks during breaks, and presentations. Payment is due in full upon receipt of the invoice. Any accommodation services and travel expenses are not included in the event package.

§ 3 Registration Fee

The registration fee is:

Early Bird Forum Ticket for the 27.08. – August 28, 2026 For participants from the business community:

€ 1,390 (plus VAT) from May 1, 2026, through June 15, 2026

Forum ticket for the 27.08. – August 28, 2026 for representatives eligible for discounts (this applies exclusively to employees of nonprofit organizations, municipal companies, and union representatives).

€990 ( plus VAT) starting May 1, 2026

Forum ticket for the 27.08. – August 28, 2026 for public officials (politicians, employees of ministries and government agencies).

€ 790 ( plus VAT) effective May 1, 2026

Forum ticket for the 27.08. – August 28, 2026 For participants from the business community:

€1, 790 (plus VAT) starting June 28, 2026

WFO MEMBERS

Early Bird Forum Ticket for the 28.08. – August 29, 2025 For WFO members and participants from the business community:

€1, 260 (plus VAT) from May 1, 2026, through June 27, 2026

Forum ticket for the 27.08. – August 28, 2026 for representatives eligible for discounts and WFO members (who are exclusively employees of nonprofit organizations, municipal companies, and union representatives).

€890 ( plus VAT) effective May 1, 2026

Forum ticket for the 27.08. – August 28, 2026 For public officials who are WFO members (politicians, employees of ministries and government agencies).

€710 ( plus VAT) effective May 1, 2026

Forum ticket for the 27.08. – August 28, 2026 For participants from the business community and WFO members:

€1,610 (plus VAT) starting June 28, 2026

§ 4 Payment

Payment must be made immediately upon receipt of the invoice, in full.

§ 5 Cancellation

Cancellation fees are always €350 up to 40 days before the event. In addition, 25% of the registration fee must be paid between the 40th and 25th day prior to the event (with a minimum of €350). And from the 25th day to the 15th day before the event, 50% of the registration fee must be paid. The full amount is due starting 15 days before the event. We are happy to accept the designation of a substitute participant at no additional cost.

§ 6 Failure of the Forum

If the event cannot take place due to force majeure, disruptions at the venue, or an insufficient number of participants, participants will be notified immediately. A refund of up to 40% of the registration fee may be granted. There is no entitlement to reimbursement of travel and lodging expenses or compensation for lost wages.

§ 7 Data Protection

Please note that your information will be stored and processed in our computer system for further processing, for the purpose of fulfilling the contract, and for the operation of the forum.
