Conditions of participation

§ 1 Application

Due to the limited number of participants, please register early at www.wfo-helgoland.de. There is no right to participate in case of overbooking. Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received. The registration deadline is August 28, 2024. Late registrations may not be guaranteed access to the event.

§ 2 Services

The participation fee is per person and event plus. statutory sales tax. It includes conference materials, 2 x lunches, festive evening dinner, all break drinks and snacks and lectures. Payment is due without deduction after receipt of invoice. Any accommodation services and travel expenses are not part of the event service.

§ 3 Participant fee

The participation fee is:

FRÜHBUCHER Forum ticket for the 29.08. – 30.08.2024 for participants from the business community:

EUR 1490,- (plus VAT) from 1.04.2024 until 31.05.2024

Forum ticket for the 29.08. – 30.08.2024 for discounted representatives (these are exclusively employees of non-profit associations, municipal companies and trade union representatives).

EUR 990,- (plus VAT) from 1.04.2024

Forum ticket for the 29.08. – 30.08.2024 for public representatives (politicians, employees of ministries and authorities).

EUR 790,- (plus VAT) from 1.04.2024

Forum ticket for the 29.08. – 30.08.2024 for participants from the business community:

EUR 1790,- (plus VAT) from 1.06.2024

§ 4 Payment

Payment must be made immediately and without deduction after receipt of invoice.

§ 5 Cancellation

Cancellation fees are 350,- EUR up to 40 days before the event. In addition, 25% of the participation fee must be paid from the 40th to the 25th day before the event. And from the 25th to the 15th day before the event, 50% of the participation fee must be paid. From the 15th day before the event, the full amount is payable. We will gladly accept, at no additional cost, the designation of a replacement participant.

§ 6 Failure of the forum

If the event cannot be held due to force majeure, due to disruptions at the venue or due to too few participants, the participants will be informed immediately. A refund may be granted up to the amount of 40% of the registration fee. A claim for the reimbursement of travel and accommodation expenses as well as loss of working hours is excluded.

§ 7 Data protection

We would like to point out that your data will be stored and processed in our EDP system for further processing, for the purpose of contract handling and the implementation of the forum.
