Dr. Marc Becker

Marc Becker was appointed CEO of the Offshore Business Unit and member of the Global Executive Committee of Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy on February 1, 2021. Dr. Becker, who began his career as a management consultant, holds a doctorate in international management and a business degree and has extensive experience in the renewable energy sector. From 2017 to 2020, he was Head of Sales & Project Management for the Siemens Gamesa Offshore Business Unit. Since 2014, he was Chief Operating Officer at the former Siemens Wind Power, responsible for 10 factories in Denmark, USA, Canada and China. Prior to that, he served as head of Siemens Offshore Grid Access Solutions from 2011 to 2014. His career at Siemens AG began in 2005.
